Hi! My name is Jared and I am the owner/operator of Sweat Equity Mobile Sauna.
I have been involved in health and fitness my entire life, from martial arts to weightlifting, and have always enjoyed those things greatly...but also really enjoy relaxing and feeling good. Recovery and longevity in our hobbies and life is always something people think about, so starting this wellness and recovery business is a dream come true for me.
I started Sweat Equity as a way to connect people through the fun of Sauna and community connection. Sauna is not only beneficial to us physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. Personally, combining my passion of helping people achieve their goals physically with the idea of growing a network of like minded individuals to come together and share and build a community is the greatest use of my skills and enthusiasm I can think of.
Here's How It Works:
Community Pop Ups
We set up at a public location, whether it's a park, river, lake, or a host like a brewery or gym. From there, we are open to the public to book their sessions!
Community Pop ups can be used during large events, such as a 5k or similar large event.
For Business owners, this option would have each participant pay for themselves and deal with us directly for payment and waivers. Ideal for longer + busier events!
Private Rental
These are typically for residential customers who would like all of the sauna benefits for themselves and their friends/family for the evening (or 2). The host is responsible for maintaining sauna and for all participants. We drop it off for you, show you everything you need to run the sauna, and pick it up the next morning!
This is great as an addition to a summer party or just for a fun evening of relaxation! Can also be great if you are considering buying a sauna of your own and want to try it out before you purchase one.
*Deposits of $200 are required to reserve, with remaining total due 14 days before delivery. Cancellations made before 14 days of delivery get 50% deposit refunded, within 14 days of delivery do not receive a refund.
**Please note that deliveries in excess of 50 miles one way may require a minimum rental period of 2 nights.
Guided Sauna Events
This is our main offering! Starting at 3 hours of useable time, this event is actively run and led by a Sauna Operator! We maintain the wood stove to its desired temperature, handle all participants and waivers, and actively interact with your group to maximize everyone's experience!
This is ideal for corporate events, gym competitions, recovery sessions, parties... anything that requires that special attention to make sure all is run smoothly.

- Ice bath/plunge (ice not included) *free tub with Guided/Full Service*
- Upgraded premium cold plunge with filter, sanitizer, and chiller (no ice required) - best for large groups

Collaboration Add-Ons
Sauna + Massage
We team up with a massage therapist (or more depending on group size) and we invite participants to "warm up" in the sauna then have a 15-20min chair massage, then back in the sauna! Great for competitions, post-workout recovery, and more!
These sessions can be booked together and will have certain participant minimums per M.T.
